All orders are shipped Monday -  Friday between 10am and 3pm CDT. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are prepared and shipped out starting Monday.

Order fulfillment times vary depending on the item. Orders may take between 1-7 days to fulfill and ship out. 

Order shipment dates cannot be guaranteed.

              - Merchandise shipping is limited to delivery within the contiguous US states and APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship to international addresses.

              - No PO Box addresses will be accepted as shipping addresses. 

                - Multiple items in one order must ship to one address only. 
                  - Shipping or any additional handling costs are non-refundable. 

                     

                    Shipping Addresses

                    • Shipping addresses are not re-entered upon packing and fulfilling orders. Shipping addresses entered at checkout by the customer is the exact same address used upon printing the shipping label.
                    • If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address and the shipment is sent out, the customer is 100% responsible for the lost shipment.
                    • If you have entered an incorrect or misspelled shipping address at checkout, please email the correct shipping address to admin@chicagocitysports.com immediately.
                    • Corrected shipping addresses are not guaranteed as shipments are picked up by third party postal providers multiple times per day.
                    • If UPS is not able to deliver your package to the specified address, it will be taken to a local UPS Access Point pickup location. The pickup location will be specified in the tracking link along with contact information and available pickup times. Customers are solely responsible for picking up their order shipments from the UPS Access Point. If the package is not picked up within the given timeframe, UPS will ship the package back to Chicago City Sports. Returned shipments will automatically be refunded, less the cost of shipping.

                     

                    Signature Confirmation

                    • If your order was shipped with USPS signature confirmation service and you were not available to receive / sign for your package, you will be responsible for contacting your local USPS to schedule re-delivery or pick up your shipment at your local USPS office. If you do not pick up your shipment in a timely manner or schedule re-delivery, USPS will ship your package back to us. We will notify you once we receive your shipment and will automatically refund your order. If you wish to receive the shipment again, you will be responsible for placing the order again, provided the item is still available and in stock. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that apply to reship your order.

                     

                    Damaged Shipments

                    • Chicago City Sports is not responsible for damaged orders by postal carriers. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at admin@chicagocitysports.com to start a claim with the postal carrier. If your order was damaged, you must attach a photo of the damaged box and contents with your order number in your email. Once the claim has been accepted and approved by the postage carrier, we will refund your order total in full including any shipping fees. If your order claim has not been accepted by the carrier, you will not be refunded for the order. Please allow at least 14 days for the claims processes to complete. 

                     

                    Lost / Stolen Shipments
                    • Chicago City Sports is not responsible for lost shipments by postal carriers or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure shipping address where packages are not accessible to the public. Chicago City Sports is not able to verify prior to shipping if your shipping address has a secure mail room, package receiving area, gated entry or authorized signer.  If your shipment appears to be lost after checking your tracking information, please contact us immediately with your order number at admin@chicagocitysports.com to start a claim with the postal carrier. Chicago City Sports is not able to start a claim once a customer has already started a claim. If the claim has been accepted and approved by the postage carrier, we will refund your order total in full including any shipping fees. If your order claim has not been accepted by the carrier, you will not be refunded for the order. Please allow at least 14 days for the claims processes to complete.

                      • Store purchases : please check the return policy from store locations at the bottom of your your purchase receipt. Each store locations has a different return / refund policy. You must have your paper receipt if making an in-store purchase return. Not all in-store purchases qualify for a return / refund. 
                      • Order Cancellation requests are not accepted. 
                      • EXCHANGES are not accepted. If you would like to purchase a different size for the same style you recently purchased, you must return the original order item first. You will be refunded for the returned item as long as it is in unused/unworn condition with the original hangtags attached and undamaged box. You may purchase the new size at anytime as long as it is in stock on our website.
                      • Returns for online orders must be requested within 30 days from the shipment received date. You may download a prepaid return shipping label from here 
                      • Returns received more than 30 days after the date of shipment received will be refused and returned to sender.
                      • Free returns are available for individual items priced at $50.00 and over within 30 days from the shipment received date. If you choose to use a return label printed from the Return Shipping page for items priced less than $50.00, your total refund will be less the cost of the return shipping label.
                      • If you choose to return an item without using our pre-paid shipping label, you must provide us with the return tracking number via email to admin@chicagocitysports.com. We are not responsible for any return shipments lost in transit back to our warehouse. 
                      • All products being returned must be in new and unused condition in the original boxes or bags and must include all original hang tags.  Shoe boxes must not be used as the return shipping box. Damaged shoe boxes with shipping labels and/or tape applied to the box will not be issued a full refund.
                      • ChicagoCitySports.com has full authority to refuse a return/refund if the returned merchandise does not meet the standards of new or unused condition with original, undamaged boxes and hangtags.
                      • If your return is not accepted, you may be shipped back the order by providing us with a USPS or UPS return shipping label. 
                      • If your return is not accepted and you do not wish to receive the return item back, you may agree to a restocking fee of 50% of the total cost of the order item/s. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund total.
                      • Return shipping fees will not be refunded on returns that are not accepted.
                      • Shipping or any additional handling costs are non-refundable. 
                      • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment used on the initial order. For credit card refunds, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will process the refund  as soon as we receive the returned item in new and unused condition in the original boxes or bags with all original hang tags attached. 
                      • If we sent you a wrong or defective item, please contact us ASAP at admin@chicagocitysports.com. You must attach a photo of the defective item in your email along with your order number. Once we've received your email, we will respond to you with instructions to mail back your defective item free of charge. Defective orders will be fully refunded including any shipping charges that were applied. Defective orders may be returned for a full refund or replaced for the same style and reshipped free of charge. Replacements are subject to availability.
