Shipping Rates and Times
- Free Standard Ground delivery (5 - 8 Business Days) is offered on all orders above $65.00
- Priority Ground (3-5 Business Days) $6.99
- Priority Ground + signature confirmation (3-5 Business Days) $14.99
- Returns for online orders must be requested within 30 days from the original shipment date. Please fill out the return form provided in the original shipment packaging and include it in your return package.
- Returns received more than 30 days after date of shipment will be refused and returned to sender.
- All products being returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition in the original boxes or bags and must include all original hang-tags. Chicagocitysports.com has full authority to refuse a return if the returned merchandise is not deemed in new or unused condition.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your item for the original purchase price. Shipping or any additional handling costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return merchandise shipping fees.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment used on the initial order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We will process the refund or exchange as soon as we receive the returned item in new and unused condition in the original boxes or bags and must include all original hang-tags. Chicagocitysports.com has full authority to refuse a return if the returned merchandise is not deemed in new or unused condition.
- If we sent you a wrong or defective item, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must attach a photo of the defective item in your email. Once we've received your email, we will email you with instructions to mail back your defective item free of charge. Defective orders will be fully refunded including any shipping charges that applied. Defective orders may be returned for a full refund or replaced for the same style and reshipped free of charge.
- If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to start a claim. You must attach a photo of the damaged box and contents in your email. Once the claim has been accepted, we will refund your full order total including any shipping fees. Please allow at least 14 days for the claims process to complete.
- If your order was shipped with USPS signature confirmation service and you were not available to receive / sign for your package, you will be responsible for contacting USPS to schedule re-delivery or pick up your shipment at your local USPS office. If you do not pick up your shipment in a timely manner or schedule redelivery, USPS will ship your package back to us. We will notify you once we receive your shipment. If you wish to receive the shipment again, you will be responsible for shipping costs to reship your order or a refund will be issued for your order excluding the shipping fee.
- Merchandise exchange shipping is limited to standard delivery within the contiguous US and APO/FPO addresses.
- If express or overnight shipping is requested on your exchange order you will be responsible for the full shipping cost.
- Multiple item exchanges must ship to 1 address only.
- Exchanges and returns cannot be made in store locations. Online purchases for returns or exchanges must be returned to our online warehouse address at 5050 W Lawrence Ave. Chicago, IL 60630
